The dealership’s prices are too steep for my now out-of-warranty car, so I gave this shop a chance. I’m so glad I did – they only use BMW parts, and since they work exclusively (?) on BMW’s they are very knowledgeable about the cars – from what I can gather, as good as the dealer-trained people!

After going to multiple other BMW shops including the dealership trying to get my AC fixed. Each shop thought it was something else. Bimmer Motor Werks fixed it after all the other shops couldn’t at a great price. A week later my window broke and they got me in next day then fixed it within a few hours. I recommend every BMW owner to go here. Great prices and great people.
